This way we'd like to represent ourselves and inform you about our offer:

 

              Business company Passage, a company with limited liability, was established in 1990 with its headquarter in Rovinj and since then it has constantly been active, but from 1995 it expended its activity on business with real estates.

 

              Agency for business with real estates Passage by name, a company with limited liability is located at the center of town Rovinj, one of the pearls of Adriatic coast, in the street Carera number 59.

 

Sphere of actions and service:

               We are active at whole region of Croatia, but mostly on the Adriatic coast.

               We deal with all the segments of real estates from residentional, business, tourist properties, building-sites and objects for other purposes up to investments and consultations.

                Agency service includes a complete service for potentional buyer and seller, from the first contact, looking at the real estates, suggestions until the contract for buying and selling the real estates is made, bringing the commision for estimated value and assessment  on the real estate transaction, till new owner is registered at the land-registry books as well as handing the documents by which the ownership is proved.

                We solve, in a cooperation with our partners, all administrative-technical actions joint to the real estates: e.g.projects, building permits, measuring, estimates, buildings, adaptations etc.

 

General information:

               The prices of the real estates are not fixed.The buyer arranges a final price with the seller along the presence of an agent.

 

Assessment and provisions:

               In the price of the real estate the assessment and agency provision are not included. The assessment on the trafic of real estate is 5% from estimated value of Financial office of the Republic of Croatia.

              Agency provision for intercession is arranged in a way of agreement with each client individually, it depends of a type and real estate value.

 

Working-hours:

              Every day during a week and on Saturday too from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on Sunday if it is necesary we are at your service.
