One bedroom flat or apartment:                                        295,00 kn / month + VAT
Two-bedroom, three room apartment or larger:            395,00 kn / month + VAT
House is up to 150 m2:                                                      495,00 kn / month + VAT
House is larger than 150 m2:                                           595,00 kn / month + VAT

Additional services:

Services related to property maintenance - minor repairs.
Garden maintenance, landscaping lawns, flowers, orchards.
Organization property cleaning and laundry of bed linen.
Adaptation, painting walls, doors and other craft works.
Tour of the property at the invitation of the owner.
Repair of household appliances.
Various administrative services.
Delivery of the key property.

Before implementation of any additional services, the Agency Passage through its subcontractors will make the offer to property owner for each job with the goal of optimal ratio of quality and price, and let the realization of the approval of the owner.
